Beds News (2007): Lionheart blogger arrested for inciting racial hatred
After sitting for 18 months under Police arrest after returning from America to answer the accusation, I was not charged with the crime of inciting racial hatred because there was no case to answer.
Religious hatred under the NuLabour regime was a different matter...Not guilty of course though.
