Justice for Madeline McCann

A scenario of a criminal case for you to base a judgement on.

Please forget any background thoughts or information that you may have and look solely at the evidence that I state.

This is a hypothetical case based on a real case.

Lets just say that a murder has been committed and there is absolutely no forensic evidence like DNA or a murder weapon to help support a police investigation into the murder.

There are however witnesses who were present in the vicinity of the crime scene on the night in question, who each observed their surroundings and who was present in those surroundings.

The police arrest someone based on evidence not known to the public and make them an official suspect in the murder case.

This suspect gives the police a text book water tight alibi about his movements on the night in question that the murder was committed.

He said that he was at his girlfriends house all night that is a stones throw away from the murder scene, sitting in the kitchen talking and he never left the house once during the course of the evening.

His girlfriend supports this alibi with a statement under oath.

This text book water tight alibi and no forensic evidence linking this person to the crime prevents the police from charging the suspect with the murder, but the suspicion is still aimed at the person based on information that is not yet known to the public.

The police continue with their investigation into the murder and find no forensic evidence linking anyone to the murder.

They do however have witness statements from those who were in the vicinity of the crime scene on the night in question.

Out of the witnesses there are 9 who claim to have seen the suspect who is under suspicion for the murder, in the vicinity of the crime scene on the night the murder took place, even though the suspect denies this and has an alibi to back up his denial.

Out of the 9 witnesses there is a Barrister, Business woman, several nannies and friends of the victim who all state categorically under oath that they saw him there.

Either the 9 witnesses are lying or the suspect and his alibi are lying.

If you was the chief investigating officer what would you think about the suspect and his alibi?

To our knowledge there is no forensic evidence linking the suspect to the crime, what there is though is a suspect and his only witness lying about his movements on the night in question.

The question has got to be; why has the suspect in the murder enquiry lied about his movements on the night the murder took place?

You might not be able to arrest and charge the suspect for murder but you have a solid lock tight case that would stand up in a court of law proving that the suspect and his girlfriend have lied about his movements when the murder happened so have perverted the course of justice in a very serious crime.

Is it not the chief investigating officer's duty to charge the suspect with perverting the course of justice which holds a hefty prison sentence with the hope that the suspect or his accomplice eventually tells the truth about their movements and the reason for them lying.

If you are a suspect in a very serious crime and you lie about your alibi then does this not raise the suspicion of guilt?

Not only that, if there are also discrepancies in the two statements given as the alibi, does this not prove that the alibi you have been given is false.

If you was a judge, barrister, lawyer or police investigator looking at this case and these were some of the facts before you, would you not agree with my words?

And if no action is taken about a chief suspect who is lying about his movements on the night that the murder took place, then does this not then present some serious questions that need answering about the team that investigating the crime and the justice system whose responsibility it is to bring charges?

9 credible witnesses would stand up in any court of law on planet Earth, compared to a chief suspect and his girlfriend who would lie for her boyfriend anyway, especially if she knew he was guilty.

This scenario is obviously based on Robert Murat, the chief suspect in the abduction of Madeline McCann and if no action is taken against him and his mother then what does this say to the whole world?

He might not have been the one who stole the innocent child from her bed, but from where I am sitting he is definitely complicit in the crime based on lying about his movements on the night in question - Why else lie?

Hi elderly mother is also perverting the course of justice on behalf of her son.

In her mind, are the rest of her years alive on planet Earth worth sacrificing to save her son.

People are trying to discredit the 9 witnesses saying that they waited 8 months before coming forward, if those people that state that had an ounce of intelligence then they would know that these witnesses did not just crawl out of the wood work being paid by Metodo3 8 months later, these witnesses will either be on Portuguese police records or British police records from months back, stating exactly what they are stating now.

Robert Murat is due to have his arguido status lifted tomorrow and has told the Portuguese police to put up or shut up.

No matter what happens, once the International courts are brought to bare upon this case we will know through the subsequent enquiry as to who it was within the Portuguese Establishment who has chosen not to charge Robert Murat with his complicity in this crime - That is if they do not charge him of course.

We wait now until tomorrows deadline to see whether the Portuguese police are going to exercise their official duty in this case and charge Robert Murat and his mother for perverting the course of justice in the case of the kidnapped little child Madeline McCann.

2 more credible witnesses have come forward to say that they saw Robert Murat on the night Madeline was abducted, this puts the number of independent witnesses who say they saw him on the night in question to 8.

How can he escape justice now and why has he and his mother not been interrogated yet to find out why he lied to Portuguese police about his movements?

He has placed his elderly mother in the position of 'perverting the course of justice', which is a charge punishable by a lengthy prison term of which Mother Murat would never see the light of day again if charged.

Is it about time Robert Murat told the truth for the sake of his mother?

If not lock her up and throw away the key so that justice will be served on those who are complicit in the abduction of an innocent little 4 year old girl whilst she slept innocently in her bed.

Nothing more abhorrent.

I watched the sky news documentary on this case and a local witness stated that there was no way Robert Murat was in the area on the night in question because all of the locals were searching and never saw him, and that it was only 3 people who did see him, accusing 3 of the Tapas 9 of lying, this adds another 5 independent witnesses to the Tapas 3.

How stupid is the local woman who supported Robert Murat on the Sky news documentary, how will she feel for the rest of her life when she supported this man on camera? She stated that many locals were out searching the night Madeline was abducted and none of them saw him, were all of the locals looking for Madeline at or outside her apartment all night or were they looking in the local community no where near the apartment?

Robert Murat was not standing outside the complex all night with a sign around his neck, he was there and gone during the course of the evening hoping no one would see him.

I doubt any local who knew Murat spent any time near the complex that night, Robert Murat was not out in the local town searching, he was seen loitering around the vicinity of the complex, were none of the locals went, so it is quite obvious that no locals saw him on the night in question, the ones to see him were those on holiday in the complex and those who worked in the complex.

Trial by media and Sky news' guilt.

The Sky news documentary was another poor piece of journalism that inadvertently laid blame at the parents feet again, those who made it believe the parents are guilty so used this documentary to state that fact and then showed it to the world - Using this case for their own ends

I hope that once this is ended if there are any grounds for the McCann family to su that they will, for the sake of their daughter.

We await the next bit of news stating that Robert Murat has been arrested.

If you ask my opinion, the ex husband of Murat's girlfriend is the one to crack out of that group.

British beast eliminated & 2 years for leaking information

It has now been reported that the British beast Dj Shifty has been eliminated from the investigation into missing Madeline McCann.

Predictable!!

At least any children in his vicinity will be safe now.

In the same article from the Daily Express it states: Few official details about the police investigation are known because the country’s strict secrecy laws, which cover all criminal inquiries, mean it is illegal to talk publicly about a case. Breaching the laws can be punishable by up to two years in prison.

For anyone following this case in the trial by media, you have to seriously ask the question; who has been leaking information into the international media that originates from Portuguese police sources, especially when it is an offence punishable by 2 years in prison?

Does that not mean Portuguese police are breaking the law?

In such a high profile case that reverberates around the World is it not the Portuguese Establishments responsibility to find out where these official leaks are originating from, stop them and charge the offenders in question, especially when the Portugal's justice system' reputation is at stake?

Or are all the supposed Portuguese police leaks that have been released into the international media lies originating from another more sinister source?

I know that there have been many false pieces of information released from supposed Portuguese police sources over the months this investigation has been running, the question is; who are the sources?

Cant be too hard to find out for the sake of the Portuguese Establishments reputation can it?

Whose names are on the articles releasing the lies and who are their Portuguese police sources?

Who ever is in charge of this disinformation project on behalf of the Portuguese Establishment, they have done a very good job of convicting Mr & Mrs McCann of a crime that never happened on evidence that never was in a large portion of the Worlds eyes.

No one can discount the fact that information true or false has ended up in the public domain, and one thing for certain is that it has not come from Mr & Mrs McCann because all I have ever heard from them is 'no comment' because that is what their lawyers have advised them to say because they are arguido's, can you imagine if they started talking to the papers, the Portuguese justice system would come down on them like a ton of bricks and lock them up quicker than their feet could touch the ground.

A bit one sided dont you think?

The Portuguese Establishment releasing lie after lie into the international media from supposed Portuguese police sources and Mr & Mrs McCann unable to say anything in defence other than their man Mr Clarence Mitchel stating that they are lies.

The Portuguese justice system cannot touch him because he has a legal team surrounding him, he stands in the gap for Mr & Mrs McCann while the Portuguese justice system keeps the arguido status on Mr & Mrs McCann.

Very well orchestrated by the Portuguese Establishment dont you think, slap arguido status on the parents and then create a disinformation campaign against them causing a conviction in the worlds eyes, then close the case through lack of evidence and then blame will always be at the parents feet rather than this dark secret that is operating upon Portuguese soil.

Tourism is the biggest business in this part of the Algarve, so has the economic future of this part of Portugal come into the thinking of those in the Establishment charged with defending the reputation of Portugal.

We dont care about reputations, we just care about getting Madeline back and catching the initial kidnappers so that they can be removed from Portuguese society.

Portuguese injustice - 6 month arguido status

Sign's from the Portuguese authorities are that Mr & Mrs McCann are going to have their arguido status extended by 3 months and then maybe 6 months because the Portuguese police do not want to lift the suspect status until they have finished their investigation.

What about Robert Murat and his mother, have the Portuguese police found out why they lied about his movements on the night in question?

In my mind I just think who cares about this arguido status hanging over your lives, if you never did anything then it doesn't matter, it is just a dark cloud hovering that is yet to be removed, and maybe God has allowed it for a reason anyway, Romans 8:28, so that Mr & Mrs McCann are held back at home to try to continue some form of normality with their family, friends and especially their twins rather than chasing shadows around the world, I know that as parents it is human nature to commit your life to searching for a loved one taken in such circumstances but God has provided other people to chase those shadows and to bring Madeline home.

It is the parents responsibility to use the tools that God has given them.

People resent this fact but everything has been given to Mr & Mrs McCann from God for them to get their daughter back, there is nothing that has not been provided in human terms for them, and the reason for this is because they turned to Him the Living God first and foremost for help, how could He refuse? and He already knew anyway so prepared the way, look at Madeline's eye as an example, Jane Tanner the witness and all the other coincidences that reveal God's fingerprints over this human event, He is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient after all.

Even though many deny His existence - My hope and prayer is that this human story will speak of God's glory and the only way it can do that is if Madeline is brought back home, so as a Christian I pray that God will glorify Himself for all the Earth to see.

All power is in God's hands so nothing can happen before He says or allows it, so those searching will never find her unless God gives it and those who have her could never harm her unless God allows it - You tell me what a Loving God would do in this situation?

It is said that the parents are going to have to go to the International Courts of Human Rights to try to have this arguido status lifted, if the Portuguese do not lift it then good, go all the way and bring God's light on the unjust Portuguese legal system then hopefully there will be a change for the future and another important factor in this tale, the case of the innocent Portuguese couple will be brought out into the light aswell, this is supposed to be a democratic European Court after all.

The dark forces within the Portuguese justice system bring this upon themselves, something they cannot escape from.

Here in Great Britain the human rights laws are being used against us in a despicable manner by Islamic soldiers who are intent on destroying our society and way of life, so why when we have good decent British citizens facing an injustice are Lawyers not up in arms seeking for Mr & Mrs McCann's human rights to be protected - Why has it taken so long?

January 3rd should mark the date of legal proceedings in the courts of human rights.

One rule for one and another for the rest of us, or is it a case of the Islamic extremists and their Lawyers are masters at fighting British and International law using human rights laws because it is one of their weapons in their cultural Jihad (Holy War) against us, where as we are only just waking up to this new legal system that has been imposed upon us like the EU we are now a part of against our wishes, with Portugal a part of the new EU too.

Cherie Booth QC being one of the greatest traitors to the British people using this new imposed legal system against us, and against our way of life for her public reputation and for financial gain - that statement wont make me many friends but it is the truth so take it up with God and hiding behind Catholicism isn't going to hide you from the site of God and His truth - Psalm 139:8

A new day is dawning upon the civilization of Earth, just like it always has at different time periods when we look back into the history of our past, even during the last hundred years, and peoples actions and decisions are etched into that history, again hiding under the banner of faith for false human security does not hide people from the truth - Matthew 10:28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

We know that God is good and just to forgive us of our mistakes though - As He said in John 8 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” 8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. 10 When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?” 11 She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.” 12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

This also applies to Mr & Mrs McCann and the rest of the Tapas 9 who left their children alone in what they thought was a safe holiday environment.

Sometimes things happen for reasons that we are not aware of at the time, and maybe this situation concerning Madeline is one of those things that has happened for many reasons, a situation that the Living God knew about and has allowed to for reasons that may not be fully clear yet.

"Magistrate and legal expert Carlos Casimiro said police would be 'desperate' to extend the secrecy deadlines to give them longer to solve the high-profile case.

He told the Portuguese newspaper Diario de Noticias he thought the most likely outcome - even after two extensions - would be 'the delay of the investigation in a desperate attempt to seek enough evidence to make an accusation'.

"This is an exceptionally high profile case on an international level and it is the country's image which is at stake," he said.

"The Policia Judiciaria have been the object of ridicule in the British media since the very start of this case, and for that reason they want to preserve their reputation and high standards of professionalism."

These few statements confirm everything I have been writing about this case on my blog.

Te reputation of the workings of the Portuguese establishment and the attempt to find something to secure a solid accusation against Madline's parents - The crime that never happened based on evidence that never was.
It is common knowledge to everyone who has taken the time to look at this case that the Portuguese police investigation is fattely flawed and its first stages were mired with incompetence that has jeapordised the whole investigation, I just hope and pray that Paulo Rebelo will now bring truth and justice to bear down upon the case through his hands and the hands of his team.

Only good will come from this once Madeline is home, because the old image and reputation of the Portuguese police and justice system will be replaced with a new image and reputation, built by good Portuguese people who have always seen and known the truth about this situation, with a public enquiry asking the right questions to get to the bottom of this case.

The Portuguese people should thank God that He has chosen to move upon their land and upon their justice system with the whole world watching, and God's Knights upon Portuguese soil should listen, their ancestors exploits from history are awaking and speaking in our generation - What could the reason be or do you choose to deny the truth that is staring you in the face?

And Louis de Matos I forgive your disrespect to me on my blog that is there for all to see, unless you stand by your words - Either way it means nothing to me!

Many people will read this with disdain because they do not believe that God exists, my word to you is just because you do not believe the truth does not mean it is not true, a little like you telling me your name, how do I know your not lying unless I know you - How do you know if God exists if you choose to reject Him out of your ignorance.

The Way of the Righteous and the End of the Ungodly

God does not chase shadows becuse He knows the truth, it is just whether others accept of reject that truth, what is God's mind about this situation and what do His eyes see?

The crime that never happened - based on DNA evidence that never was.

Let truth, justice & mercy prevail:

The Portuguese police case that lays blame at the feet of the parents of Madeline McCann for a crime that never happened is the biggest trial by media in history, that I have personally witnessed anyway.

The parents were made official suspects for a crime that never happened based on DNA that never was, that we were led to believe through the media was found in the holiday apartment and hire car.

This secured a guilty verdict in a large proportion of the worlds eyes who are following this case, even though this evidence was not proven.

5 months later after all the tests were carried it, the DNA was shown to be useless because it was so small that no structure linking it to Madeline could be found, and what was found was shown that it could have come from Madeline's younger brother and sister.

So we were led to believe that the parents carried the dead body in the car and then disposed of the body, but not one piece of DNA or any other evidence has been found to prove this theory and that which was supposedly found came from her siblings.

It has now come to light after a not guilty verdict in another case, that the process of DNA extraction that was used in the Portuguese police case against Madeline's parents is fatally flawed and should never be used in a criminal case.

So the accusations that have been leveled at the parents of Madeline McCann and their arguido status that is based upon this DNA has now been proven to be wrong because the supposed evidence is useless and should never have been used in the first place.

The Portuguese police have no alternative now but to release the parents from their arguido status so that they can look for their daughter free from this enforced burden of guilt over a crime that never happened based on this DNA evidence that never was, that leaves a dark depressive burden over their lives.

I thank God that by His divine providence He has moved upon the Earth and allowed the truth to be revealed about this DNA extraction technique so that Mr & Mrs McCann can be released from their unjust arguido status.

The Madeline McCann story is in God's hands and He knew that the Portuguese police were seeking to keep this status upon the McCann family alot longer than they are legally allowed because of the unique circumstances surrounding this case, to the point that Mr & Mrs McCann were going to have to go to the International Courts of Human Rights to try and have the unjust status lifted.

Have this family not been through enough, to have to continue fighting this horrendous injustice through international courts when they should be fighting for the return of their innocent little child?

Almighty God, the one whose shadow they live under, sees and knows and has acted and shown the world that the evidence against them is false and should never be used, so it is the Portuguese police and Justice system's duty to lift the arguido status in the interest of justice and human rights, then they can be free to work towards the return of their daughter.

Madeline, her family and this living tale is in Gods hands and He will exercise His divine authority to make sure justice prevails for this family and for the Portuguese family who are caught up in the dark corrupt Portuguese justice system.

His light is shining and this story has not yet been fully written.
