Call Me Dave should call his bluff.

These terrorists should all be wearing orange jumpsuits, not jumping on a red London bus

Quote: Convicted foreign terrorists routinely argue that they would face torture, or worse, if they were repatriated. The courts always take them at their word. The more heinous their crimes, the more likely they are to be believed. As a result, dozens of foreign nationals either convicted or suspected of planning atrocities are granted leave to remain. Most of them end up living in council houses on benefits, leeching off the innocent British taxpayers they want to kill. Other cases are pending.

Even if we are prevented from deporting them, at the very least we should have the right to detain them indefinitely in prison, unless they agree to leave voluntarily.

Thanks to the Human Rights Act, Britain has become a safe haven for terrorists from all over the world. British courts seem to delight in implementing the most extreme interpretations of the law. Our European ‘partners’ appear to have no such difficulty deporting undesirable aliens.

The Prime Minister has a duty to keep his election promise and repeal the Act immediately. He should defy the Lib Dems to try to stop him.

Breivik picture released

Quote: It has emerged he had been in contact with hundreds of British right-wing extremists for around two years before the massacre.

I was not one of them! and anyway I am a "Christian fundamentalist" not a right-wing extremist!

Luton Labour MP Margaret Moran to face 21 charges

Update: Margaret Moran committed to 'Crown Court'

Telegraph

Margaret Moran, the former Labour MP who claimed for dry rot treatment on a home more than 100 miles from her constituency is to be charged with fiddling her expenses by more than £60,000.

Miss Moran, one of the last politicians investigated over the MPs' expenses scandal, will appear before magistrates facing 21 charges relating to her parliamentary claims.

The former MP for Luton South, will appear before City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on September 19, the Crown Prosecution Service said.

The Director of Public Prosecutions said there were no more parliamentary expenses fraud cases awaiting review.

Keir Starmer QC said "there is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest" to bring criminal charges against Moran.

Miss Moran, who has been suspended by her party, claimed more than £20,000 for the treatment of dry rot at her Southampton home.

Steven Yaxley Lennon aka "Tommy" now in prison

Who could have worked that one out for my first weekend home?

How long he remains in prison is yet to be seen:
Tommy (grass) Robinson

Tommy believes himself to be above British law yet condemns moslems trying to enforce their own laws in Britain so its a little perplexing under an English banner too. The paper says that "Tommy" (Yaxley) is now on hunger strike because he views himself as a political prisoner a little like the IRA terrorist Bobby Sands who was fighting against the British State which is very fitting: War against the British State

"Tommy" broke our democratic laws by breaching his bail conditions imposed on him for potentially causing someones death at an EDL demo when he got his sheep to attack someone, which is what happens in a democracy.

Especially when its in full view of the worlds media.

For public safety he was banned from attending demos based upon his actions in Blackburn and broke that ban and now claims himself to be a political prisoner and on hunger strike to hype up the case. A little like the EDL house paedophile Richard Price who they tried wrapping up to be a political prisoner when in fact they knew he was a convicted kiddy fiddler.

Luton Today

Mr Lennon, who also calls himself Tommy Robinson, was remanded in custody at Luton Magistrates Court this morning (Monday, September 5) after appearing charged with breaching bail conditions imposed on him by Blackburn Magistrates Court, where he is due to go on trial on September 29.

The trial relates to an EDL protest in the Lancashire town (video below) on April 2, during which it is alleged he assaulted a man, a charge he denies.

In response to an enquiry from Luton Today, EDL spokesperson
Helen Gower said: “Tommy is on a hunger strike and will only be accepting water.”
