Foreword: To anyone with an ounce of analytical intelligence its blatantly obvious that Anders Breivik is telling the truth about his trips to Liberia and London, but for the Norwegian police they choose to deny the truth which either shows their competence as investigators or proves there is a high level Government white-wash of the whole affair because somebody somewhere knows more than they want the Norwegian people to know about Breivik and who he is involved with, so they want Breivik to be written off as a 'lone wolf' nut.

Quote: In January, said prosecutor Christian Hatlo that the police have not found anything to suggest that Behring Breivik's alleged terrorist organization, with more cells actually exist.
They have not uncovered anything to suggest that a ordineringsmøte took place in London in 2002, so he claims.
- For each day that passes, we become more confident that the network does not exist, said Hatlo.
Nobody would travel to the Liberian civil war in 2002 without reason (obvious). Breivik gives his reason that it was part of his recruitment into a militant extreme right-wing group and specifically to meet a Serbian who he was to represent 2 - 3 weeks later in London. His cover story was that he went to Liberia for blood diamonds (obvious). He did not purchase any blood diamonds while there and instead bought some rough diamonds from a Norway dealer, with the diamonds he bought actually being from Australia or Thailand.
You can safely say blood diamonds was not the real reason for the trip if he had to buy diamonds from Norway that came from Australia or Thailand when he was sitting in a place (Liberia) over flowing with blood diamonds and did not own any from there. He obviously bought these to keep up his Liberian cover story just in case. Its highly unlikely Breivik would have taken diamonds out of Liberia anyway because if he had of been caught with them then he would have ended up in the Hague for breaking UN embargo's placed upon Liberia which would have jeopardised the real reason behind the trip and destroyed everything he had been working towards.
Straight after Liberia he then ends up in London and claims he attended a secretive meeting where he is said to have been representing his new Serbian contact he met in Liberia.
The explanations for both trips is completely plausible based upon the facts and points to the fact that there are others involved with Breivik which would mean just like Breivik states, there is a group/network involved with him which sheds a completely different light on the whole thing.
He went to both of these locations several weeks apart so what was he doing if not what he states?
Yet Christian Halto the Police prosecutor states there is no evidence that Breivik is part of a group/network or involved with anyone?
Breivik must have just been a happy go lucky war tourist in 2002 who for some reason coincidentally turned out to be an extreme right-wing political terrorist in 2011. Pull the other one!
I wonder what explanation Christian Halto has for both of these trips that counters Breivik's claims about them and supports his claim of 'no evidence'?
Would be very interesting to hear the Norwegian police's explanation that brings them to their official conclusion.
The first psychiatric report was based around this official conclusion so how could the report state anything other than Breivik was delusional. They were basing their report on the official conclusion that there is nobody involved with Breivik so his I's and We's must have been delusions because as far as the police are concerned they do not exist, so are all in his own mind, thus certified as schizophrenic.
How could the report contradict the police?

What would it mean (all the implications) if the Norwegian police had to now turn around and state that Breivik is part of a group/network?
Aftenposten: Breivik's Liberia trip
Google translated
In April 2002, traveled Behring Breivik to Liberia through the Ivory Coast. The aim of the trip was to meet a Serb in Liberia that he should be representative of the establishment meeting of the alleged organization Knights Templar in London later that same spring.
Before this could happen he had to perform physical and mental "trials".
In questioning the Behring Breivik said that he told the airport authorities at the landing in Ivory Coast that he was working for the UN Children's Fund, UNICEF.
He was afraid not to come into the country, but found that the cover was "unnecessary" when he could just pay the money for security guards to enter.
Sad
Bernt G. Apeland, Secretary General of UNICEF Norway was not aware of the terror accused to have used UNICEF as cover.
- It is sad that regardless of any abuse of a voluntary organization's good name and reputation, and claiming to be different than the one. It is especially bad in this serious case, where the perpetrator has committed atrocious acts against young people, as we work to protect children, said Apeland.
"The Trial"
From the capital of Ivory Coast, he took the plane to Liberia. According to him, he was the only passenger on the plane, but two Russian prostitute.
In questioning Behring Breivik believes saying that the timing of the trip was around 8 to 10. April, some weeks before he was on the alleged founding meeting of the organization Knights Templar in London.
According to Aftenposten know the police have confirmed that Behring Breivik lived at a specific hotel in Liberia as a guest between 18 April and 28 april 2002.
In interviews he has explained that the journey itself was "an ordeal". He said he had to get into the country and "finance this themselves to prove their dedication."
"Coaching"
He will not tell anything about how the trials went on, but says that "he had several trials before the trip, up to six months before and after the trip." It was both the physical and the mental ", the Behring Breivik have said in interviews.
He also explained to police that there were other purposes of the trip than the trials. (errand boy for arms traders?)
"It was the coaching of the most theoretical aspects, such as on revolutionary science," he explained.
He describes the trip as "fascinating". Part of the purpose was that he would be "deputies to the person who was in Liberia and represent him at the meeting."
The meeting he's talking about would take place in London a few weeks later. Behring Breivik believes that this meeting was the inaugural meeting of the organization Knights Templar.
"Two or three weeks"
According to Aftenposten is familiar with the Behring Breivik said that he was in Liberia for two to three weeks, including the stay in Ivory Coast, but that he was in Liberia for a continuous period.
He will not say there were others with him in Liberia who was on probation on an equal footing with him.
Behring Breivik says he had "bodyguards" during his stay in the African country and has testified that he was outside a lot during the stay of safety.
His lawyer, Geir Lippestad, would not comment on the interrogations.
- Does not exist
In January, said prosecutor Christian Hatlo that the police have not found anything to suggest that Behring Breivik's alleged terrorist organization, with more cells actually exist.
They have not uncovered anything to suggest that a ordineringsmøte took place in London in 2002, so he claims.
- For each day that passes, we become more confident that the network does not exist, said Hatlo.
