Until you investigate the 'outstanding' evidence you cannot confirm or deny this allegation, other than those who hold the intelligence files which proves or disproves Morten Storm's presence in Ayling's Barbican flat using the alias 'Richard the Lionheart'.

I believe 100% it was him, it just has not been confirmed or denied yet because there has been a State level cover-up of the truth to this case which begs the question; WHY? How? And Who?

Are State actors immune from a mass murder investigation?
