Just like the Norwegian Police have concluded that Breivik the son of a former Government diplomat to London, step son of an Army Major and best friend of a Ministry of Defence lawyer is a "solo terrorist" connected to no one which is the story the professionals in Norway have had to work with even though the police are still investigating credible leads to determine whether this really is the case or not.

What police force in the World concludes on an investigation that is then taken to the court room even though they have not fully investigated the case to rule out all possibilities so as to be 100% certain of their 'official' conclusion?

Either someone at the "very top" of the Norwegian police who has been orchestrating the case from behind the scenes needs sacking or the Norwegian police academy needs to update it's training manuals on how to properly conclude an investigation ready for the court room.

The Norwegian Justice Minister wants to re-evaluate the police response to the Utoya island attack but what are the chances of the island being attacked a second time?

She wants to be investigating why the PST did not do their job properly and check on Breivik when they were told to do so by their Customs department which might possibly have averted the events of July 22nd 2011 in Norway.

The one time we know of that Breivik hit the Security Apparatus radar and it was completely ignored by the Security Services charged with the National Security of Norway. The result was 'Operation Breivik' mission accomplished with 69 innocent misguided young kids murdered with many more injured and maimed for life in the name of politics.

You can only hope for Norway's sake that the new head of the PST goes back to the drawing board with the whole National Security infrastructure she has inherited so that something like Breivik cannot happen again and that when her subordinates are told to do something as part of their job description that they actually do it.
