The Security surrounding Utoya island was not stepped up in-light of the Government building bombing in Oslo, only the Leader and Deputy leader of the Government's youth wing were removed from the summer camp to safety before Breivik arrived, leaving the rest of the innocent kids trapped on the island with Breivik hunting them down for execution whilst dressed as a police man in what he called a coup de tat as part of a Norwegian anti-communist resistance movement he says he belongs to.Further reading: Norwegian prosecutors in denial
