A Light in the darkness

A message to any visitors of my blog today, courtesy of David M Russell.

To those who have accepted the truth into their lives, and surrendered their lives to that truth, everything happens for a reason.

Even you reading this today!

I heard a story of a man on business whom I will never know, but I know God wanted me to hear his story.

He was head of security at a company that had invited the remaining members of a company who had been decimated by the attack on the Twin Towers to share their office space.

With his voice full of awe, he told the stories of why these people were alive and their counterparts were dead.

All the stories were just little things. .

You might know about the head of the company who got in late that day because his son started kindergarten.

Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to bring donuts.

The one that struck me was the man who put on a new pair of shoes that morning.

He took the various means to get to work, but before he got there, he developed a blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore to buy a Band-Aid. That is why he is alive.

So, Now when I am stuck in traffic, miss an elevator, turn back to answer a ringing telephone... all the little things that annoy me... I think to myself, this is exactly where God wants me to be at this very moment.

May God continue to bless you with all those annoying little things.

A Tiny Voice Inside

Have you ever been just sitting there and all of a sudden you feel like doing something nice for someone you care for...

THAT'S GOD... He talks to you through the Holy Spirit.

Have you ever been thinking about somebody that you haven't seen in a long time and then next thing you know you see them or receive a phone call or letter from them...

THAT'S GOD... there is no such thing as "coincidence."

Have you ever received something wonderful that you didn't even ask for, like money in the mail, a debt that had mysteriously been cleared, or a coupon to a department store where you had just seen something you wanted, but couldn't afford…

THAT'S GOD... He knows the desires of your heart...

Have you ever been in a situation and you had no clue how it is going to get better, but now you look back on it...

THAT'S GOD... He passes us through tribulation to see a brighter day...

Do you think that this E-Mail was sent to you by chance?

I was thinking of You!

Please pass this along and share the Power of God...

In all that we do, we should totally give HIM thanks and our blessings will continue to multiply.

This message was sent to me by a close friend and please pass it on to all of your good friends.

Keep this going for an eternity.

NOW THAT'S GOD!!

Keep smiling……. It’s one of the best advertisements for God… it makes people wonder what you’ve got…..

  2. The difference is is that our God is real and speaks where yours is nothing more than a creation of the devil.

  3. Lionheart;

How often in your life have you sighed and thought if only.....

If only I had tried harder at school.

If only I had'nt made such a hasty decision.

If only I had told that special person of my true feelings instead of being such a .......

    Heartache and despair.

Yet how can we be sure that those decisions taken, that we now regret, would have lead us down lifes better path?.

I agree with the sentiments in this article.

Everything happens for a reason, whether we choose that reason or not.

    In God we trust.....

  4. Amen Brother

Lionheart, just like to congratulate you on your Blog today it truly is a most wonderful thing when Christians stand up for what they believe in and be Bold in Christ and show that they are not ashamed of the Gospel.

The internet is a wonderful tool for evangelism it just requires more of us to speak out and let the world know that we serve a wonderful God a merciful God a loving Father a faithful friend who is closer than a brother.
He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, mighty to save, strong in Battle and an ever present help in time of need.

Now more than ever it is vital that we, to whom God has revealed the truth, are diligent and mindful of the need to disperse the same, so that every man, woman and child has the opportunity to hear the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
That they have the opportunity to accept Him and receive eternal life or indeed have the choice reject Him and thus bring upon themselves eternal damnation.

May God guide you and infill you with His Wisdom Paul, may He richly Bless you in all things, and may that supernatural peace that passes ALL understanding fill your heart and mind.

    Blessings in Christ

  5. LH,
Thank you for this uplifting post! As you know, I've been feeling very low lately.

I try to keep in mind Romans 8:28, but sometimes I "forget."

Earlier today, I posted this video, which makes much mention of Luton.

BTW, today on The Gathering Storm Radio Show, we have two guests: Walid Shoebat and UK author Mark Alexander. You might be interested in tuning in, live or via the podcast.

  6. If you live fundamental Christianity you have two choices:
    1. All are going to Eternal Damnation Hell if not saved by the Anointing Blood of Christ, or
    2. You haven't got a x"!£$% clue who Jesus is, and just know how to parrot someone else's scripture.

    Thus,
1 Damn you for not committing your whole life, every penny to saving others from the fires of Hell.
    2. You start living like yourself again, see scripture unfurling everywhere you look and push everyone back onto their insight.

Live life on your sleeve or by every conscious inspiration.

Condemn Muslims or help unlock the fearful slaves that they are.

    Hypocrite or healer.
